Once we receive an email, text, or phone call from you about your specific shipment, we get to work quoting your project.

We use DAT, Truckstop, and Priority 1 to accurately quote your lane at a fair market price. We compare all potential shipping methods and bring you options on what would be most cost-effective, quickest, or safest from potential damage.

After a quote is accepted, we start searching through our network of carriers to find a reliable truck for your load. We use both Highway and Carrier 411 to vet the trucking company to avoid potential issues.

Once a truck is booked, we can provide you with driver information, BOL paperwork, GPS tracking, and carrier information. We make check calls and track the truck from pickup to delivery and keep you updated every step of the way.

After the job is completed, we will provide proof of delivery paperwork. We look forward to working with you and are happy to answer any questions you may have!

Nick Cox is the Director of Operations at Xavier Logistics LLC. He is a refrigerated truck specialist and has over 20 years of experience in transportation management.

Sibel Demiralp
Sibel is originally from İzmit, Türkiye. She handles order entry, tracking / tracing of the trucks, and finding carriers to haul our freight. She is the newest addition to the team and is doing a great job!
